yale-brown OCD self-rating scale (Y-BOCS)

yale-brown OCD self-rating scale (Y-BOCS):

I'm an antidepressant Researcher i make this scale because i don't find any yale-brown OCD self-rating scale (Y-BOCS)
it's based in the real yale-brown OCD self-rating scale (Y-BOCS)

what should i do?

if you got 16+ you have ocd and you need medications
don't waste your time with trying to overcome ocd without medications it's will not work the only one way to stop ocd is taking the requested medication
even if you feel good after you was able to overcome ocd one two three times using cognitive behavioral therapy, you will not able to continue this i have lost 7 years in it, you will return to your baseline OCDing..

do i need to take medication for ever?

many doctors will tell you that you will need to take anafranil/risperidone which is the gold standard medications for ocd (that i was able by it to overcome 39 yale brown ocd scale illness reducing it to just 8) for 2-5 years and then stop it
I'm really don't believe in that because anafranil/risperidone (and other medications) don't change your mind permanently it just make your mind able to use that small amount of serotonin/noradrenaline/any other mood chemical that your Ill brain release with high Efficiently, so logically you will need to take it for ever, like insulin
points/52 level react
32 and up
extreme medications needed
24-31 severe
16-23 moderate
8-15 mild
0-7 normal
