SNRI sky-high tolerance even with MAOI

after taking anafranil for 1.5 years, now even with overdose 300mg + MAOI METHYLENE BLUE highest dose, I didn't feel anything


stopped for 1 month then returned to it, now just anafranil 10mg give me powerful effects, then after 2 days the sky high tolerance returned


what's the must effective way you tried to solve this, if there any?

Note: don't combine MAOI with SSRIs, I have sky-high tolerance, and I micro dosed it
